Knox Configure

Make configuring and deploying your customers' fleet of mobile devices much quicker and simpler.

With Knox Configure, your customers get more control over settings, restrictions, apps and other mobile content —allowing them to set-up and switch specific user group configurations.

They can even configure all their devices remotely, with automatic updates via Wi-Fi or mobile data. All of which means their workforce can be up and running as soon as they turn on their phone, wherever they are.

4 Year Security and Maintenance Releases

Keep your customers' business protected from mobile security threats.

With Galaxy Enterprise Edition, your customers get 4 years of firmware updates, either monthly or quarterly*. So they can be sure all of their mobile devices are up to date with the latest Android and Samsung security patches.

This helps protect their fleet of Samsung devices against malware, phishing, or any software malfunction that might pose a threat to their business. And, it takes the pressure off their IT support teams by reducing the volume of inbound support calls, giving them more time to work on other business-critical tasks.

Plus, with all updates going through E-FOTA on MDM, your customers can test and validate them before pushing them out to update across their Samsung fleet. All with support from the Samsung Business Service Centre should you need it.

*4 years from first global market launch. S Series and Note Series updates are available monthly for the first 3 years, then quarterly for the final year. A Series and XCover 4S updates are available quarterly.

E-FOTA on MDM

With a number of devices in your customer’s mobile fleet, it’s possible that some could be running different versions of their OS.

Samsung Enterprise Firmware Over-The-Air on MDM (E-FOTA on MDM) is a tool that enables them to remotely update the OS across their entire Samsung fleet via their MDM. Ensuring everyone is on the same version.

It also allows your customers to test version updates and new apps to ensure stability, reliability and in-house capabilities before rolling them out.

Your customers can even set updates to happen automatically, without users having to log in and do anything. So they get more control over all their company’s devices and users get a more unified mobile experience.

Your customers will receive a welcome call on registration*, to get you started and run through the Galaxy Enterprise Edition features. This includes help on setting up and operating Knox Configure and E-FOTA on MDM.

We’ll also check in regularly to make sure everything is running smoothly and your customers are getting the best from any upgrades and new features. Our dedicated UK-based Business Services Centre provides technical support and advice, online or by phone.

And should any of your customer’s devices need replacing, we offer a next-business-day replacement service**. Choose from courier collect and return service, Samsung WeFixon-site repair, our store walk-in option, or our bulk repair service.***
