Selection Criteria applicable when selling to customers which are consumers:
Must be a mobile operator, a large scale operator in their given sector (smartphone penetration or mobile network installed base).
Must be able to deliver varying product propositions directly to consumers.
Has qualified and trained staff.
Has suitable premises (e.g. bricks and mortar) in multiple locations and/or a high traffic website.
Provides a Telesales operation with sales ordering/advice and after sales service support.
Commits to displaying the Product(s) in their online and/or offline store in a branded, differentiated manner such that: a) the consumer is not confused about the features and utility of the Product(s); and b) demo units are in good working order, such displays and use of assets/brand to be approved by Data Select.
Selection Criteria applicable when selling to customers which are not consumers:
Must have a principal business activity as retailer/distributor of Consumer Electronic (CE) and associated IT hardware products.
Must have specific trained staff in order to manage and sell Products.
Must be able to deliver varying product propositions directly to businesses.
Operates and runs at least one warehouse within the respective Territory for the purpose of holding distributing and shipping the Products to its customers.
Must be sufficiently credit-worthy.
Must have contractual relationships with major retail and commercial organisations within the Territory with appropriate sales accounts with each.
Selection Criteria applicable when bundling Product with a product or service provided by Reseller/Reseller Authorised Reseller:
Must be a registered company that can offer products and propositions to customers either directly or through 3rd party channels.
Must be a reputable brand with a track record of providing high-quality products and/or services in the B2B and/or consumer space.
If offering Google Products as part of a bundle with its own products, such own products must be of quality at least comparable to that of the Google Products.
Must have a substantial customer base and is therefore able to deliver promotions in volume with a significant level of uptake
