Your customers can delete their history by saying, “Hey, Google, delete what I just said.” To physically turn off the microphones, slide the mic switch on the back to show orange.
They can use Guest Mode to restrict access to their personal calendars or contacts while still allowing everyone to enjoy popular features like asking questions, setting timers, or playing music.
